Product Description

A static voltage measurement relay is what the ABB is. There are various variations for a) Instantaneous functioning with a fixed voltage setting b) Variable time-delayed operation or variable voltage setting. At terminals 3 and 4, the AC voltage that has to be measured is applied. For measurement, the input voltage is scaled, isolated, and appropriately conditioned. Design and Principle

The potentiometer on the relay’s front panel can be used to adjust the operating voltage level and time delay. The set operate time for the relay is the result of multiplying the potentiometer setting by the multiplier (marked). A DC auxiliary supply powers the ABB. An electro-mechanical output relay with medium-duty contacts is integrated into the relay. Additionally, the output relay features a single red hand reset flag.
